Nissan Order Picker Forklift Fort Worth

Nissan Order Picker Forklift Fort Worth

The order pickers manufactured by Nissan are based on a modular design in order to provide operators and owners the most cost-effective solutions to the widest array of demands in the warehousing business. Some of the options comprise fixed and rising driver platforms, tiller arm or wheel steering and high and low fork options.

To be able to achieve extreme output, you operator needs a durable and reliable machinery capable of raising nearly 15 tons in a single shift. The Nissan series of order pickers have been carefully designed with the requirements of the operator in mind. They provide the utmost safety features to increase performance and create an efficient and comfortable working environment. These machinery work at medium and low levels with long forks to really enhance workflow by being able to handle as much as 2 roll cages or 3 pallets at a time. The operator platform rises roughly 95 cm in less than 2.5 seconds to enable for quick access to picking positions.

At high levels, the lift speed is fast and there is easy access from the cab to the forks and the picking position. AC power guarantees instance response to the operator's slightest command. What's more, every braking movement actually helps to recharge the battery for a longer shift. More uptime means much greater output. All order pickers manufactured by Nissan enjoy on-board fault diagnostics and easy battery changes. These design features greatly contribute to the machine's increased uptime.

Ergonomic design is applied at all levels. For instance, at medium and low levels, choose the steering option which is best for your application. The power assisted wheel offers precise and effortless control. During applications where the operator walks next to the truck, the tiller arm option can be the best choice. In this specific position, the brake is applied every time the arm is raised vertically. Once raised, it provides the operator with sufficient space to stand on the truck.

The "side drive" option would enable operators the chance to walk beside the machine and to control the truck from either side, whenever picking positions that are close together. The operator can accomplish this "straight line" application so as to guarantee precise backward and forward travel. At both medium and low level, the step height is just several centimeters from the ground for easy access. Moreover, the rising platform options allow an easy "walk around" space.

At high level, cab access is easy and quick. The floor is also cushioned for the comfort of the operator. In addition, the controls help ensure maximum production and are carefully located for easy operation.
